Adventures in Middle Aged Travel - We Travel, I Blog

Travel. I convinced my husband we needed to start travelling before we got married. We went to Greece on our honeymoon and tried to get away as often as we could over the next 18 years.

We are based in Vancouver, BC and have visited many places in Europe, including Greece, France, Germany, The Netherlands, England, and Belgium.  Also, Belize, Mexico, Cuba, numerous locations in the continental United States, as well as Alaska and Hawaii. Some have been trips that we plan the itinerary ourselves, others have been cruises (ocean and river). We have stayed in vacation rentals, B&B’s, resorts, hotels, motels, and ship cabins. Sometimes we take our daughter, sometimes we don’t.

I love travelling, I love good food, I love sharing tips, I love seeing new locations and their sights, and I want to keep at it as long as I can. Writing about each trip helps me relive them as you really only take away memories (and the occasional souvenir).
